   Delivery timelines depend on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and project complexity. Any additional requirements or changes requested after project commencement may affect the delivery timeline and cost.
   Upon final approval and full payment, ownership of the website files, designs, and other deliverables will be transferred to the client. AstraVer retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
   All payments made to AstraVer are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If a client decides to cancel a project before work has started, they may request a refund minus any administrative or consultation fees incurred.
   For ongoing services such as maintenance or content management, clients may choose to cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
   In case AstraVer is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be processed at AstraVer’s discretion after review of the situation. All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to astraversion@gmail.com.
